These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and provision of tour services by Travel in Morocco ("the Company", "we", "us"). By booking a tour, you ("the Client") agree to these terms in full.
1. Bookings & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed.
- A booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of payment.
- The Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
- Booking details (dates, itinerary, group size) must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in Euros (€) per person unless otherwise stated.
- A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking; the remaining balance is due 7 days before tour departure.
- For bookings made within 7 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and deposit received.
- Children under 12 receive a 50% discount on most tours (please confirm at the time of booking).
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing via WhatsApp or email. Refunds are issued as follows:

| 48 hours–7 days | 25% refund |
| Less than 48 hours / no-show | No refund |
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
4. Modifications
- Itinerary changes requested by the Client after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, an alternative of equal or greater value will be provided.
5. What's Included / Excluded
Each tour page clearly lists what is included and excluded. As a general rule:
Typically included:
- Private transport in an air-conditioned 4×4 or minivan
- English-speaking certified local guide
- Accommodation as specified (guesthouse, riad, or desert camp)
- Meals as specified (typically breakfast and dinner)
- Entry fees to listed sites
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off
Typically excluded:
- International flights
- Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
- Lunches (unless specified)
- Personal expenses and souvenirs
- Optional activities (quad biking, sandboarding, etc.)
- Tips for guides and camp staff (appreciated but not mandatory)
6. Health, Safety & Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the chosen tour.
- Travel insurance covering medical emergencies and cancellation is strongly recommended for all tours.
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility limitations at the time of booking.
- The Company is not liable for losses arising from a Client's failure to carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.).
- Clients must follow guide instructions at all times for their own safety.
7. Liability
- Travel in Morocco acts as an operator and organiser of tours. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, disease outbreaks, or force majeure events.
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the total price paid for the affected tour.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during tours.
8. Photography & Privacy
- The Company may take photographs during tours for marketing purposes. Clients who do not wish to be photographed should inform their guide at the start of the tour.
- Photographs of local people and religious sites should be taken respectfully and with permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
